Works with MetaTrader 5 broker accounts. Zerodha and other Indian brokers aren't supported yet; the free tools work for everyone.

Sounds familiar?

  • You had a rule. After two losses, it stopped mattering.
  • You sized up to win it back. One big trade to fix the day.
  • You kept the number to yourself. Nobody knows how much it was.

You're not the only one. Professional day traders on a Nasdaq desk traded more, and bigger, after a morning loss. Garvey, Murphy and Wu, 2005

Metasyncer holds your rules at the moment you can't.

Watch one trade go through.

  1. Plan the trade.Pick your size and stop-loss on the chart. You see what you could lose, in dollars.
  2. Your limits check it.Risk per trade, trading hours, trades today and your prop firm's daily limit.
  3. Send it, or walk away. One tap either way. Walking away counts as keeping your rule.
  4. It's saved to your journal. The plan, the result, your notes and your mood, on your calendar.

Straight answers.

Do I have to link an account to try it?

No. You can plan practice trades without linking anything; nothing is sent. When you're ready, link a free demo account from any MetaTrader 5 broker, or your real one.

Which password do I give?

Your MetaTrader 5 login. The master password lets you trade through Metasyncer, so orders are checked before they're sent. The investor (read-only) password lets Metasyncer journal your trades, track your limits and warn you, but it can't stop an order. Either way the password is encrypted, and deleted when you remove the account.

Will my prop firm allow it?

Some do, some don't. Your account signs in from our datacenter, and we don't hide that. Check your firm's rules first, or use the investor password to journal and track your limits only.

Where do my orders go?

Straight to your broker, from your own MetaTrader 5 terminal that we run for you. Your broker still holds your money and fills every order.

What can't Metasyncer do?

It can't deposit or withdraw money, it never tells you what to trade, and it never stops you closing a trade. Orders you place in another app aren't blocked; they show up in your journal, marked as placed outside Metasyncer.

Try the check.

Move the numbers and watch an order get stopped before it's sent.

Deciding whether to keep trading? Try Metasyncer on a demo account first. Stopping is a fine result too.

Metasyncer grades process and risk math. It never tells you what to trade and promises no result.

How do my trades go after a loss?

After a loss, your next trade lost $38 on average over 9 trades. Your other trades made $27 on average.

The lock you can't talk yourself out of.

Every order sent through Metasyncer is checked on our server first, with the math shown. The pause stays on even if you close the app or switch phones. Stricter limits apply now; looser ones wait until tomorrow.

Closing is never blocked. Orders you place in another app aren't blocked either; they show up in your journal, marked as placed outside Metasyncer.

Questions.

How do I start?

Create an account and set your limits. Plan a practice trade on live prices: nothing is sent. Link your MT5 account when you're ready; a free demo from any MT5 broker works too.

Do I still need MetaTrader 5?

Yes. Your account stays with your broker on MT5. Trade from MT5 or from Metasyncer; every trade syncs.

Does it work with my broker?

With any broker that offers MetaTrader 5. Zerodha and other Indian brokers aren't supported yet.

Can I bring my past trades?

Yes. Import MT5's History report. Nothing is sent to your account.

Blown an account before?

Or just tired of breaking your own rules? Start the next one with limits that hold when you don't. Start on a demo account if you like.
