Not investment advice
Metasyncer is a trading journal and discipline tool. Nothing on this site, in the free tools, or on our social accounts is investment advice, a recommendation or a signal. We never tell you what to trade or in which direction. Leveraged trading carries a high risk of loss. National regulators' analyses cited by ESMA (2018) found 74–89% of retail CFD accounts lose money. Discipline tools reduce behavioural mistakes; they don't create profits.
The free tools
The drawdown calculator, the IF/THEN rule audit and the sticky-note rules are free. They run entirely in your browser: nothing you type is sent to us, and nothing is stored. Their answers are arithmetic on the numbers you enter, so check your inputs; they are provided as they are, without any promise that they fit your situation. What you make with them, such as your rule card, is yours.
The early-access list
Joining is free and you can leave at any time. How we handle your details is in the privacy notice. An invitation depends on space in each group; joining doesn't guarantee a place or a date.
Our social accounts and AI characters
Besides the Metasyncer brand accounts, we run three characters: Sanne de Vries, Leo Marchetti and Graham Whitlock. They are AI characters created by Metasyncer. Their faces and voices are generated, and their backstories are fiction. Every character account says so in its bio, and every post carries the platform's AI label. The characters never report trading results, never review products as if they were customers, and trade on camera only on demo accounts.
When you comment a keyword such as RULES on one of our posts, we may send one automated private reply with the resource you asked for, and it says it's automated. Anything you write back is read by a person. We don't reuse your comments, handle or messages in our marketing without asking you first.
Fair use
Please don't use the site or the tools to break the law, attack or overload our servers, scrape at volume, or pass our characters or brand off as your own. We can remove access for anyone who does.
What's ours
The site's text, design, the Metasyncer name and mark, and the characters' names, likenesses and stories belong to Metasyncer. You're welcome to share links and screenshots with credit. MetaTrader is a trademark of MetaQuotes Ltd.; Metasyncer is independent and not affiliated with MetaQuotes.
Liability
You make your own trading decisions. As far as the law allows, Metasyncer is not responsible for trading losses or for decisions made using this site, the tools or our social content. Nothing here limits any right you have that the law does not allow us to limit.
Changes and the law that applies
