How to have us delete what we hold about you.

One message is enough: tell us what to delete and we erase it within 30 days, usually much sooner, then confirm the same way you asked. There's no form and no account needed.

If you contacted us on Instagram or Facebook

When you comment a keyword on one of our posts, or message one of our accounts, Meta sends us your ID for that page (not your name or email), the comment's ID, and the text you wrote. We use it to send the one reply you asked for and so a person can answer you. We keep:

Comment and message IDs, for 14 days, so we never reply to the same comment twice. A record that you got our one follow-up message (your page ID only), so we never send a second. A copy of each direct message in the founder's mailbox, so it can be answered; we delete these after 12 months.

How to ask

Send "delete my data" as a direct message to the account you contacted, or email info@metasyncer.com with the subject Delete and your handle and the account's name. We erase every record listed above and reply to confirm.

The conversation itself also lives on Meta's servers. You can delete it from your own app at any time; Meta's copies are covered by Meta's privacy policy, not ours.

The early-access list and the app

Every early-access email has a one-click unsubscribe, and the app lets you export or close your account in Account → Your data. The details are in the privacy notice.

If we emailed you about working together

Reply "no" or "delete" to any outreach email and we remove your details from our list and don't write again.
